If only it were that simple!

Because a domestic relations dispute can involve difficult issues surrounding divorce, child custody, paternity, and/or domestic violence matters, we understand that the process is emotionally draining.  To the client, the case involves more than just the legal matters.  There is an emotional aspect that must be acknowledged and accepted.  Our philosophy is to try to make the process as manageable and as amicable as possible without sacrificing the client’s best interest.  We try to work with fellow counsel and with the other party to reach a mutually agreeable settlement.  We have found that this  less confrontational approach has a higher rate of success in reaching mutually agreeable settlements.

If an out of court settlement cannot be reached, we will endeavor to zealously pursue the client’s best interest utilizing the court system and its resources.  Our attorneys have tried numerous cases in the Courts of the Commonwealth and are fully versed in the rules and procedures involved in these types of cases.

As your attorneys, we will always search for a creative solution to resolve your dispute in a fair and equitable manner.  In those cases involving children, our attorneys, just like our clients, strive to keep in mind the best interest of the child when considering various legal options.

While the number of domestic relations cases handled by this office continues to grow, we consider each and every case to be unique and equally deserving of individual attention.
